Commencement Program Names

The SOJC commencement program will be distributed to graduates and guests who attend the SOJC commencement ceremony in the Matthew Knight Arena on June 16, 2025.

It will list the names of every student who has earned a Fall 2024 or Winter 2025 degree. It will also list the names of every student who applied for a Spring 2025, a Summer 2025 or a Fall 2025 degree by May 15, 2025.

Names will be listed in the program whether or not the student is planning on participating in the ceremony. Students who have a confidential directory restriction must provide written consent for their names to be listed in the program.

• Have you applied for your degree through DuckWeb? (DuckWeb => Student Menu => Undergraduate Graduation Application)
• If you have, please check back. This page will be updated every week until the *[DATE]** print deadline.
• If you have not, the deadlines are:
  • Obtaining a Spring 2025 degree: April 27th
  • Obtaining a Summer 2024 degree, but want to participate in commencement: May 15th
  • Obtaining a Fall 2024 degree, but want to participate in commencement: May 15th

• Your name was downloaded directly from the central student database. If there is a typo, the same typo exist on your official student record. Here’s how to correct the error.
• If you don’t want to change your official student record but would like to adjust how your name will be printed in the program and how it will appear on the screen as you walk across the stage, please use this form to let us know what changes you’d like. (Examples might include adding/removing a middle name, adding a suffix like “Jr.,” listing a preferred name, etc.)
