- Schedule an appointment for drop-in follow-up or if you have career questions.

Drop-In Advising:
Before you look for a future appointment, come to a drop-in! Drop-in conversations are usually 10-15 minutes and can be held in-person or remote by phone or a Teams video chat. We can meet with you where you are comfortable. No topic is too big or small; come start the conversation!
All drop-in hours are first-come, first-served. Check in for drop-ins begin about 15 minutes before the start of each time block. To ensure we end on time, we stop checking students in 15 minutes before the posted close time. Please note, if the line becomes too long, we will close the list early.
Week 1 (Jan. 5-9):

Advising Appointments:
Before you schedule an appointment, connect with us during drop-in hours (listed above). We might be able to handle your situation more quickly.
Note: Appointments slots are not available during the first week of Winter term. During this time, we offer extended drop-in advising hours instead, so we can assist more students more efficiently. Appointments slots for winter term will open up for scheduling on Wednesday, January 7. The first availability will not be until after the add deadline. If you need assistance with your winter term schedule, please utilize the drop-in advising hours (listed above).
When available, appointments can be scheduled through the Navigate app. (or by visiting uo.campus.eab.com). You have the option of in-person or remote appointment time slots. If you cannot get the app or website to work, call our front desk at 541-346-2884 or visit 134 Allen Hall.
Appointments are great for:
- Two- or three-year graduation plans
- Resume/cover letter strategies and techniques
- Career (jobs/internships) advising and exploration
- Multi-topic conversations
- For everything else, use our drop-in hours!
